Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy describes how COOLWAY handles the information and data you have shared with us in order to provide you with the best service when visiting our company COOLWAY and our websites.
We will process the personal data you have provided to us (whether in our company or through our websites, user interfaces, or other channels) or that we have in our possession in the manner and for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. The collection and processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable laws on the protection of personal data, in particular in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 103/03, 118/06, 41/08, 130/11, 106/12) and regulations that will replace or amend the aforementioned regulation in the future, for example the General Regulation on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data (GDPR).

In our contacts with you, we may ask you to share your personal information with us for the following purposes:

5. Safeguarding your personal information.
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing, i.e. usually for the duration of the contractual relationship or for as long as is required by applicable law or legitimate interests. In cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, such personal data will be processed for the duration of your consent, which you can withdraw or restrict at any time. If you do so, we will stop processing the personal data for the purposes for which you withdrew your consent.
6. Change regarding data processing.
Notifications of any future changes that may occur to this Privacy Policy will be forwarded to you through the agreed communication channels. Nevertheless, we advise you to periodically review the Privacy Policy for any changes.
